Refund policy

GENERAL

All packages are traceable and insured when in transit. Should there be any damage to the goods, notify us by mail duritathomsen@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us.

 The webshop is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

  

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can cancel your order by submitting an email to: contact@prosjektbrynja.com

We provide 2 weeks full return from the day you receive the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags. The cost and the responsibility of returning the item are yours. We recommend you insure the package and send us the tracking number.

Once we received the goods we will transfer the amount to the credit card that the goods were purchased with.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
